CIO Magazine’s Bold 100Coldwell Banker’s lead management system, LeadRouter, was named as a recipient of the CIO 100 award, given by IDG’s CIO magazine.  The annual award program recognizes organizations around the world that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence in information technology (IT).  Coldwell Banker’s parent company was recognized for its innovative LeadRouter lead management system, which makes it possible for sales associates to respond to online customer inquiries via telephone within minutes.  The CIO 100 award theme was the Bold 100, which recognized those executives and organizations who embrace great risk for the sake of great reward.  The publication defines bold organizations at those who play not only to survive but to win.
